The Blackwell blog has been pushing this stupid story about a former Strickland staffer using expunged police records as proof.
Anyway, the guy's lawyer sent Ken Blackwell a cease and desist letter.
As a result, Matt Naugle, official blogger for the Blackwell campaign, went through and removed the guy's name from the Blackwell website.
He then adds a new post with a link to the cease and desist letter WHICH CONTAINS THE GUYS NAME.

Part of the problem is that, in our culture, we somehow confuse ruthlessness with intelligence. And so neocons have a rep for being clever, even brilliant. The reality is before us.
